About the Blog


Greetings!  I'm Sara.  I have a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and spend my days helping people work through their problems.  When I get home at night making healthy delicious meals is my form of personal therapy.  I love feeding my family, friends and community healthy scrumptious food.  This blog is decidated to sharing some of my favorite recipes, photos, fitness thoughts and other random musings about life in the quiet corner of CT.
